WHAT MAKES OUR WINGS SO SPECIAL?

Wing It Forward’s wings aren’t ordinary chicken wings. They’re much more than that. Before cooking, each wing is dry-rubbed with our proprietary dry rub blend and marinated in the dry rub for at least 18 hours. This allows a complex layer of flavor to penetrate each wing before we even start the cooking process. Then, the wings are slow-smoked for hours to develop a second layer of flavor. Finally, the wings are fried to crispy perfection and sauced to order with your favorite sauce (or sauces!)
